[Bug] Visual smearing and graphical corruption in the Settings Menu
After opening any of the Settings menu, scrolling at any point will cause severe visual artifacts, repeated text/icon trails, making the menu unreadable.
Tabbing out of the launcher and returning temporarily restores normal rendering, but scrolling even a little bit immediately triggers the bug.
Steps to reproduce:
Open Niagara Settings
Attempt to scroll or navigate the settings page.
See Error.

Thanks for the clear report and the screenshot. Rendering glitches in the settings that came in with our recent redesign changes were fixed in Niagara v1.16.30 (September 23): v1.16.30 release notes. Your form says 1.16.29, so updating via the Play Store is the first thing to try.
One caveat so it doesn't come as a surprise: that fix was built for Android 8, and your XZ1 runs Android 9. The same corruption has been reported on two other Android 9 devices, collected here: Niagara Settings UI renders duplicated/overlapping on Motorola Moto G6 Plus.
So if it is still there on 1.16.30, please say so in this thread. That would tell us the workaround doesn't reach Android 9, which is new information and exactly what we need.
