Widget with fill-screen screen option overlaps with alphabet
Some widgets require a lot of space and might overlap with the alphabet scroller on the right side. This is not an issue for widgets that do not offer buttons to click on their far sides. However, if they have those buttons, the alphabet scroller takes priority when tapping them, leading to unwanted behavior. While we want to support widgets, we have yet to find a satisfying solution to decide which elements should be prioritized when tapped.

我们可以将滑动区域限制在小部件下方吗?这样应该可以解决问题。

same issue for me too.
i d like to reduce size of widget to have no overlap with alphabet, but it is not allowed by Niagara resizing controls…

Even just having the ability to resize a widget horizontally to keep widget interactions from overlapping the alphabet. This would be an adequate compromise for me.

I have the same issue.
Will be great to reduce the area where the alphabet can be triggered, when the widget is in full width, in the way to not interaction with widget

I've added some checklists as widgets which is great, but I can't click the boxes without opening the list.
I didn't even know the list worked on the left side and I don't need this. Could there be a list option for “right, left, both” to get around this?
Seems minimally intrusive to the simplicity of the options and would make a HUGE difference for this particular issue, not to mention freeing up that side of the screen from accidental list activation during normal use for those of us that will never use it.
I hope they will consider this!
Love Niagara otherwise!

I also searched for especially this bug. For me it blocks 3 of 4 widgets and their click targets. For example ticktick check boxes and aCalendar buttons. Would be awesome if this could be fixed and the starting size of the alphabet is linked to the max widget height or something…
Thank you anyway for your awesome work ❤️

I also can't to report this.
I recently switched calendar apps and it has smaller days in the widget to allow for task display on the bottom. So I cannot select things on the right or left(because left handed support which I love).
I'm not sure the complexity but would it be possible to have a toggle that I need to scroll to activate alphabet vs just a tap? Tap priority goes to widget? Maybe this could be a toggle for those who like to tap for alphabet?
Either way it is a slight annoyance and I've had to disable the fill screen option for the widget stack.
