Whatsapp app won't open.

Bug Reports

  1. If I go to the Whatsapp app in ‘favorites’ or through app list

  2. Click Whatsapp

  3. It says ‘app isn’t available’

Please note that I subscribed to Whatsapp plus just before I switched back to Niagara Launcher.

    Thanks for the screenshot, that explains it. "App isn't available" means the entry in your folder still points to the WhatsApp app that was installed before, and that exact app is no longer on the phone. Entries do not follow along when an app is replaced by a different one, since Android treats it as a separate app.

    Removing that entry from the folder and adding the currently installed messenger back from your app list should sort it out.
