Web apps disappear from app list after updates.

Regardless of browser (Firefox or Vanadium) if I add a web app to my favourites then move it to the app list, it will stay there until the next app update but then all of them disappear on the next launch and have to be re-added manually.

    Thanks for the clear steps! What you are hitting is a known limitation rather than something specific to Firefox or Vanadium: some apps and shortcuts change their identity when they update, and Niagara can no longer match them to the entry you placed, so they have to be added again. Web apps are especially prone to it, since the browser regenerates them.

    There is nothing you can do differently on your side today. If you notice a pattern, for example that it only happens when the browser itself updates rather than on any app update, that would be a useful detail to add here.
