Thanks for posting! The weather widget is off until you switch it on, and it is part of Niagara Pro. To turn it on: long-press Niagara's clock, tap Weather, then Enable. Details in Minimal Weather Widget.
If it was already on and just stopped appearing, does it ask you for a location when you open those settings? With current location selected, Niagara drops the location after several days without location access, and switching to fixed location in the same menu avoids that. Let us know which of the two it is and we'll go from there.
