Error occurred with Niagara Launcher v1.16.3 on a OnePlus device which runs Android 16 on 2026-09-29T12:40:05Z. My crash user id is 'none'.

    Thanks for sending the error along. One thing stands out in it: the report comes from Niagara v1.16.3, released on April 23, 2026, while the current version is v1.16.30 from September 23. Updating in the Play Store is the sensible first step here, since five months of fixes sit between those two builds.

    If the weather still does not load afterwards, it is worth checking the location side. When the widget is set to current location it needs location access, and Niagara asks for the location again once it cannot get a position for several days. Switching to a fixed location in the weather settings avoids that. The full weather FAQ is here: Minimal Weather Widget.
