Thanks for the screenshots! On the Fold, the cover and main screen wallpapers are managed separately by Samsung's system settings - the launcher shows whatever wallpaper the system provides for each display, so it can't sync them itself. Setting the same wallpaper for both screens in Samsung's wallpaper settings (they can be chosen per display) should get them matching.
If they still diverge after that, reply here and we'll take another look.
