Swipe to dismiss notification leaves text hanging on screen

When swiping left to clear a notification (when on home screen), the text of the notification remains displayed, but not seemingly connected to anything. The only way I've found so far to make it go away is to restart Niagra.

Phone just updated to Feb 5 update, problem started after that.

    Yes, the floating text continued to happen with every notification dismissal I tried…the restart only made the text disappear. I stopped using this method until I saw your comment, then I tried it again. Still on app ver 1.15.9 and Android update Feb 5, but now I can’t reproduce the problem. I have no idea what changed…

    I'm getting the same issue when going to dismiss a notification.. thanks for the heads up on restarting the app. has it happened since a restart?
