Setting for popup folders to hide included apps from app list

Popup folders should have a toggle that automatically hides all apps in the folder from the general app list.

Right now, when I want to do this, I have to manually check every app that is in the folder, long press → advanced → hide from app list. One by one. It's long and fedious, and if I add a new app to the folder I also have to remember to perform this action again.

Example use cases:

I use some folders to declutter my app list from categories of apps. Sometimes it's just basic “avoiding duplication" : if it's accessed from here, I don't need it there. Sometimes there are deeper motives:

  • Widget / KWGT packs / Icon packs rarely if ever need to be accessed from the app list and are mostly just clutter. But it is still convenient to have access to a full list of your options when you are trying to come up with a new setup. So I put them all in a folder and hide them from the list. They're not in the way, but if I am looking to change my icon pack I can quickly access the folder and see what I have at hand.

  • Games. I often want to play something but don't have anything in mind in particular. So I go to the Games folders. But since they're all there they don't need to be duplicated in the list.

  • Social media and other time sinks. Not my use case, but I imagine a lot of people are trying to be mindful of their social media consumption. Having them all in a folder makes sure opening them is an intentional choice and adds friction. In this case, having them listed among the rest defeats the purpose then.

I hope this request makes sense! It's one of the few things bugging me with Niagara.
