Reduce the alphabet list high, where the alphabet can be triggered

Feature Request

Will be great to reduce the area where the alphabet can be triggered, when the widget is in full width, in the way not to interaction with the widget

This can be very annoying when you reach the top of the screen.

Please provide an option to make the alphabet list smaller

    Thanks for the suggestion! The overlap between full-width widgets and the alphabet is tracked in this older request: Widget with fill-screen option overlaps with alphabet. Adding your votes there bundles the interest - we go through requests roughly by upvotes, so one post with all the votes beats several small ones.

    This is an old “story”.

    I don’t know why they don’t fix it. Many users have posted about it, for a long time.

    yes!! i posted this was an issue i was having with another recommendation. being able to toggle scrolling on the left, right, or both would be a huge help. i‘m left handed and because some of my widgets are scrollable, i have to touch a very specific part of the screen. this change would help eliminate so much friction. with love, it's super irritating
