Quick reply issue, minimize issue and ram cleaning issue

Now whenever I open it to give a quick reply, it does not happen like that keyboard is not showing for reply and later whenever I minimize it to home screen it gets stuck.Another thing is that whenever I go to clean it, it gets stuck on clean and does not work at all.
