Pixel VIP widget size is broken

I have a popup for the contacts VIP widget. It used to show my favourites in a grid.

Now, it only shows one row, and I must scroll vertically to see more.

I'm on the Android beta program, build number CP41.260831.007. (android 17 qpr2 beta 6). Seen this issue for a couple of beta builds already.

Niagara version 1.16.29.

When I edit the popup, and long press the widget, then hit resize I get a crash:

    Thanks, this report has what we need. The crash half is already known: Resizing popup widget crash describes the same path (edit the pop-up, long press the widget, hit resize), reported on a different device back on 1.14.5. Upvoting there keeps the reports in one place and gets you the status updates.

    The widget dropping to a single row is the new part, and the QPR2 beta build number plus your Niagara version are exactly what makes it useful to us. Nothing more to do on your side for now; you'll be notified when this post's status changes. If you spot whether the same shrinking happens outside a pop-up, that's worth adding here.
