No image on music player

This started happening today (07/26/26) the music player doesn't show the album image or when it does it'll be extremely low quality

    Thanks for reporting, and thanks to everyone who confirmed it. Niagara shows the same artwork that Android puts on the lock screen, so when the image is missing or low quality it means the player app is not providing a better one. That also matches the Spotify community thread linked in the comments.

    The full explanation and what to check is here, under "The Artwork Is Not Showing Up": Integrated Media Widget. If your lock screen shows the same missing artwork while the music plays, that confirms it is coming from the player rather than from Niagara.

    I have same issue on the same environment.

    I found interesting article on Spotify community.

    Environment is completely different from ours, but after downgrading Spotify app’s version it works perfectly.

    So I believe this problem has something to do with latest Spotify update.

    Also, I want to add to original post that artwork is shown everywhere apart from in Niagara launcher.
