Niagara Disappearing

Niagara vanishes on swipe up gesture, when already on main screen. Everything else works as expected. Niagara does not close, it just vanishes (only background image is visible). When carefully swiping up until halfway to active apps overview screen (you can already see a ghostly image of niagara), and then letting go, Niagara becomes visibible again. Also going to overview and back, makes niagara visible again.

    Thanks for the precise description, especially that swiping halfway toward the overview and letting go brings Niagara back. That points at a redraw problem rather than the launcher closing. The closest thing we're tracking is Persistent redraw delay/blank screen when swiping home (ColorOS). Its title names ColorOS devices, but the behavior there is the same one you describe: the home screen shows only the wallpaper until something forces it to redraw. If that matches, upvoting it keeps the reports together.

    Your note that the same Niagara version behaves fine on Android 13 is the valuable part, so I've marked the post for the team to look at. If you can tell whether it started right after a system update on the Armor 28, that's worth adding here.

    Btw. I made sure it is not restricted by any energy saving measure, is allowed to run in the background, … Same version of niagara on android 13 runs fine.
