Launched doesn't stay default after restarting the phone

When I restart my phone Or it powers off due to low battery, after it powers on launcher doesn't stay default. It glitches when I press the home button and it takes me to vivos original home screen. I have to do like 3 to 4 things , sometimes even reinstalling the launcher, to make it normal. Idk what I am doing wrong.

Sorry about the hassle, you're not doing anything wrong. Which launcher is the default is controlled by the phone's system, not by Niagara, and some systems reset it, as you're seeing after restarts. Before reinstalling next time, try this: open Android Settings > Apps (or Apps & permissions) > Default apps > Home app, select Niagara Launcher, and restart once. Exempting Niagara from battery optimization in the system settings can also help it stay. More in Niagara Launcher Not Staying As Default.

If it keeps switching back after that, one test would help: does the same happen with another third-party launcher set as default? That tells us whether the system resets it for every launcher.
