I want to choose my own wallpaper but cutomize how my apps appear, I want them to be extremely minimal sonthat it doesn't effect my wallpaper. Also I want it to adapt itself according to my wallpaper
Two parts of this you can already have today. Niagara takes its colors from your wallpaper by default, so the interface adapts to whatever you set (Our color system). And for app icons that stay out of the way, Niagara Dots turns every icon into a small dot that takes the app's color or your theme color: Niagara Settings > Themes > Edit Current Theme > tap the icons icon > Niagara Dots (Niagara Dots, unlocked with Pro).
Removing icons completely is not possible, and both the reason and a do it yourself workaround with a custom icon pack are in Hiding app icons.
If what you picture goes beyond that, a post with one wish and a line about how it should look collects votes much better than several wishes in one (How To Request a Feature).
