Moving it horizontally is already a request on the board: Move the clock horizontally (In Review). Upvoting it is the best way to push your corner placement, since we go through requests roughly by upvotes, and you'll get updates when its status changes.
A heads-up so it doesn't come as a surprise later: purely visual options such as position or alignment rarely make it into Niagara, because every extra toggle competes with keeping the launcher simple. The reasoning is in Missing customization features.
