Home screen button broke

When I press the home screen button, before it opened to search menu, but now it only tries to minimise Niagara and return to the original OnePlus homepage(my best guess).

    Thanks for reporting! Another OnePlus 12R user described the same thing in detail after updating to Android 16 and OxygenOS 16: Home button does not correctly toggle search/home screen on OnePlus 12R. Upvoting that post keeps the reports together and keeps you in the loop.

    If your home button also stopped behaving right after an Android or OxygenOS update rather than a Niagara update, adding that over there would confirm the pattern.
