Good chance this is Niagara's own event filter: with Pro you can pick which calendars feed the agenda, under Niagara Settings > Productivity > Calendar Agenda > Filter events. If one of your Google sub-calendars is unchecked there, its appointments stay hidden on the home screen while the rest show up normally.
If all of them are enabled, it is usually a sync delay on the calendar side. Open Google Calendar, tap the three dots at the top right and choose Refresh, then restart the phone and check again. Events added very recently can take a few hours to arrive in Android's shared calendar storage, which is what Niagara reads. Those steps and a few more are in Niagara's Calendar Widget.
If the appointments are still missing after that, say so here in the thread and name which sub-calendar they come from. That would narrow it down a lot.
