Thanks for reporting! This one is already collected here: There is a delay when ever we try to go back to home screen from an app (In Review), where it is reported on OnePlus as well. Upvoting that post is the best way to push it, since we work through reports roughly by upvotes, and you will get the updates there.

Something worth trying in the meantime: a reporter on a ColorOS device found the blank screen goes away when switching from gesture navigation to 3-button navigation (Persistent redraw delay/blank screen when swiping home (ColorOS)). OxygenOS is built on the same base, so it may behave the same way on your 13s.

If you do try it, adding the result to that first thread would help us a lot. The OnePlus reports collected there are all on Android 15, so an Android 16 data point would be new.
