Add App Drawer to Niagara Button

Improve the Niagara button by adding customizable actions:

Long press opens an upward app drawer with user-selected shortcuts (e.g., Wallet, Settings, Camera, AI tools like ChatGPT).

Support for double-tap, swipe up/down, and more gesture-based triggers.

This turns the button into a multifunctional hub for quick access to key apps and features.
