[Feature Request]: Smart Search enhancement

It's a feature request or more like an enhancement in an existing feature that I want to bring forward, currently when searching you can see hidden apps in search, while It's convenient it’s also making it that I can just type the app name and open it, I use the hidden apps so I don't use it a lot, so there should be an option so search doesn't show hidden apps

This doesn't introduce any disharmony in the vision you guys have and it'll also help in being more productive and reduce distraction

    Thanks, that is a clearly described one, and the same request is already collected here: Option to exclude "Hidden Apps" from search results. Upvoting it there is the best way to push it, since we work through requests roughly by upvotes, and you get notified when its status changes.

    Where it stands today: there is no option to keep hidden apps out of search results, which Remove Hidden Apps From Search says plainly. The same article names the two things that do work right now: rename the app and change its icon (Edit icons and names), or move it into the private space Android 15 introduced.

    For what you describe, apps you hide so they are not one search away, private space is the closer of the two, because the article recommends it for hiding an app completely.
