Feature Request

Feature Request

I am a huge fan of widgets and music hence how perfect would it be if we're able to add tracks to the default music player that niagra offers?

It already works great flows perfectly with the system if we are able tk control the track of the music playing it would be complete. Small note is it possible to add the functionality we're we can add the player withing the widget stack itself? So it looks less clutter.

Thanks for posting, and for the screenshot. It already shows previous, pause and next on the media widget, so I want to be sure I read the first wish right: do you mean picking a track from the queue or playlist, or scrubbing inside the song that's playing? Spelling that out in the post makes it much easier for others to vote on.

On the second part, the media widget is deliberately not a normal widget: it appears on its own while something is playing and goes away afterwards, which is why it sits outside the widget stack. The reasoning is in Integrated Media Player, under "Why doesn't the Media widget stay on the screen all the time?".

Those are two separate wishes, so each does better with its own post. A bundle can only collect votes as a whole (How To Request a Feature).
