Cannot Open Unity Games

I have this one game : duel links.

For some reason I cannot open this app using niagara launcher, when I using default system launcher it can open normally. It doesn't not happen with other app but this is quite hassle because I can't open it when using niagara launcher. For your information, this game is downloaded legally in play store it shouldn't have this problem at the first place.

    Our contact at Google has informed us that the firewall rules have been reverted, so launching Unity-based games should work again 🎉

    We are currently investigating this issue. Thank you for providing the names of the apps that are not working, along with the device information.

    We have not yet found a solution to the problem.
    The current recommended workaround for starting the affected Unity game apps is long-pressing the app entry in Niagara Launcher > App info > Open (in the system settings, which are opened).

    We have not been able to reproduce the issue consistently across devices; however, one of our test devices does show the described behavior.

    We cannot pinpoint the issue, but we have traced the cause to an internal Android API that we cannot inspect. Our prompt to start the app is silently aborted/canceled by the system before launch, so we also cannot detect app launches that fail.

    The affected apps all seem to be games made with the Unity game engine.

    Devices with the issue show it across different third-party launchers. However, the issue only shows sometimes.
    We have tested on Smart Launcher, Niagara Launcher, and Olauncher. Smart Launcher and Olauncher, installed from the Play Store and GitHub, respectively, do not show the issue. Since Olauncher is open source, we built it from scratch, and that version does show the same behavior.
    Kvaesitso also has the issue when downloaded from their GitHub.

    We do not see any common factors that could cause the issue, and we are a bit stumped at the moment. We will continue to investigate.

    I thought I was crazy, same thing is happening for me with both Pokemon go and Pokemon tcg pocket, no other apps as far as I can tell.

    I can't launch them from niagra, I have to go to the play store and launch it from there if I want to play.

    I'm on pixel 9, android 16 with Oct 5 security update, and niagra 1.14.10.

    I have the same issue with a game called (Royal Match), it used to work normally but now, it wouldn't start from Niagara Launcher, it works fine with the phone’s default launcher.

    Wow, I thought it was just me, but I started having the same issue with a game called Vita Mahjong. Was working fine, but just this week it started not launching with Niagara. App launches fine with the default Pixel launcher on my Pixel 10 Pro XL. Tried clearing cache and reinstalling, but neither worked.

    Same. Went to play Fishing Clash today and it never launches. I tried uninstall/reinstall/ clearing cache, etc. Its not launching. Seems to be only with the game. Will launch in Play store. Galaxy S23, Android 16.

    My most used app, is now not opening using Niagara launcher.

    I need to go to play store, find it, and then open it.

    Any temp solutions?

    *app is Eatventure by the way.
