[Bug] Device bypasses lock screen and opens directly to home screen after screen timeout

When using Niagara Launcher as the default launcher, letting the device display turn off automatically due to inactivity causes a security bypass. Pressing the power button immediately wakes the device directly to the home screen without prompting for PIN, fingerprint, or lock screen authentication.
