App isn't available

I installed an app “Astro”. When I wanted to open it while using Niagara, it showed “App isn't available”. I can't open it. I can only open the app by using Google Play Store or using the stock launcher.

    Just found out that it works normally after I restart the launcher. But please check as it's still not working in the first place. Thank you.
