The closest neighbor on the board is AI for Anycons Generation, which only covers icons, so your post stands on its own. Naming which part you would most want to describe (the colors, the icons, the widget layout) would strengthen it.
If you are after a ready-made look in the meantime, the community shares themes in the #community-themes channel on our Discord, and you can import those into Niagara. Applying an imported theme needs Pro.
