Thanks for the report! One thing stands out in your form: it says Niagara 1.13, while the current version is 1.16.30 (September 23, 2026). That's a lot of fixes in between, so updating through the Play Store is the first thing worth trying here.
If the shortcuts still don't show up afterwards, could you add two details in this thread: which browser you created them with, and where you expected them to appear (in your favorites, or in the all apps list)? A screenshot of what you do see helps too. With that we can tell whether the shortcut was never created or simply isn't where you looked.
